Eligibility for refund

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided your application has not yet been submitted to the authorities.

Non-refundable cases

Once your TCT has been submitted or approved, the processing fee is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@tct-ecuador.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
