1. Service

TCT Ecuador provides an online assistance service to help travelers submit their Tarjeta de Control Turístico registration. We are a private company and are not part of the Government of Ecuador.

2. Fees

Our processing fee covers reviewing your application, correcting formatting errors, and delivering your confirmation by email. The fee is non-refundable once processing has started, except as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Incorrect passport or travel information may lead to denial at the border.

4. Liability

We do not guarantee entry into Ecuador. Immigration decisions are made solely by Ecuadorian authorities.
